Our client, the world's leading BSS and OSS supplier is seeking an experienced Test Manager to join it's Indonesia's operations.
Responsibilities:
To lead and take full responsibility and management of the on site test activities
Manage test solutions on site to meet functional requirements, timeline and quality standards
Point of contact for all test avtivities between the on site team, the customer and the off site test team
Ensure a close working relationship with the customer during the project
Manage and escalate, where required, test risks and issues to the program management
Requirements:
University degree in IT or equivalent with a minimum of 5 - 8 years working experience
3 years of Test Management experience
Knowledge in Amdocs CRM, Ordering and Billing products based solutions
Good communications skills and English is a must
Previous experience in testing Amdocs products based solutions
Consolidated knowledge of the test Amdocs methodology and standard documents / processes
Experience to scope, plan and manage tests of multiple test streams
Good people management skills
